I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Finance from Addis Ababa University, complemented by a Masters of Business Administration specializing in finance, also earned from Addis Ababa University. Currently, I am pursuing my PhD in finance, furthering my expertise in the field. Additionally, I am an ACCA student, continuously expanding my knowledge and skills in accounting.

With over 14 years of experience in academia, I have served as a lecturer at various Ethiopian public and private universities. During this time, I have had the privilege of sharing my insights and knowledge with students, fostering their growth and development in the field.

Furthermore, I have played a pivotal role in the corporate sector, leading and conducting IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) training sessions. I have also been involved in IFRS report conversion and preparation for numerous Ethiopian public and private companies. My contributions in this area have helped organizations align with international financial reporting standards, ensuring transparency and compliance in their financial practices.
